 Women’s Firearms Foundation provides firearm safety and foundational skills education for women who want to learn in a calm, supportive environment.

This program is designed for beginners — women who may feel intimidated, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start. Our goal is simple: education before decision, confidence before ownership.

There is no tactical training, no concealed carry instruction, and no fear-based messaging. Just clear, professional instruction focused on safety, responsibility, and confidence.

Founder | Women’s Firearms Federation

Bernadette Lambert is a seasoned protection professional with over 16 years of operational experience in law enforcement and private security.

She served 13 years in law enforcement, earning distinction for tactical leadership, crisis response, and service under pressure — including receiving the Medal of Valor for exceptional courage and professionalism.

Following her law enforcement career, Bernadette spent 3 years in private executive protection, providing armed and unarmed security for high-profile and at-risk clients. Her work included threat mitigation, advance planning, route strategy, residential security assessments, and protective detail operations.

This is real-world experience — not theoretical instruction.

In addition to her operational background, Bernadette is a Black Belt in Taekwondo and currently holds a blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and has trained extensively in martial arts. She integrates combat mindset, body mechanics, and defensive awareness into every firearms course she teaches.
